3.360°jump quilting, large capacity patterns storage system, storage of patterns up to 100 thousand and above;
4.Equipped with functions such as output counting, pattern effect display, processing locus display, auto thread trimming, auto-stop when thread-breaking, etc;
5.Real time data protection, operation continuing in the original position after sudden power shortage;
6.Patterns quilting can be chosen randomly, patterns auto-positioning amending after thread-breaking;
7.Adopt imported servo motors for controlling ensuring better precision and stability;
8.Low noise and vibration, precise operation, stable performance and reliability;
9.Professional pattern-designing software. Scanner-input patterns with BMP format; CAD method pattern designing can be randomly amended and copied;
10.For the machine designed for special thickness material quilting, the supporting stencil process is adopted, and extra thick material quilting, the flower shape is perfect without deformation.
